My name is Zull Abdul and I’d like to thank you for checking out my site.
I’m just an everyday kinda guy, just like you. Let me tell you a little about myself so you can get to know me. To start, I don’t have a fancy fitness degree. I’m not a personal trainer, body-builder or fitness model. I don’t really know all that much about the muscle abs either.
Well, here’s my story…
About 5 or 6 years ago I was in roughly the same place I’m in this year. I’m not over-weight, still looks half decent with clothes on but hidden deep inside my bulky sweaters is actually a growing spare tire. I’m suffering from the skinny fat guy syndrome. Well if you are naturally slim without much muscle mass but you have annoying pockets of fat such as a pot belly and love handles.
I hated it so much. Especially when I had to take my shirt off – any muscle I had my body was discredited because I had this ugly and annoying belly bulge.
I tried workout and I hated it. I found nothing fun and exciting about taking time out of my day to go do something I didn’t enjoy. After a few weeks, life started getting busy for me and I started skipping a workout here and there. This lead to the seemingly inevitable – I wasn’t working out again!
One day I come accross Vince Delmonte’s “Your Six Pack Quest” program that promises you will get six pack muscle abs in 6 month. I thought of to give it a try. One month after starting my six pack quest, I notice my spare tire almost gone. I told myself I can do this, Vince’s program give me a result and keep me motivated. It’s like having your own personal trainer at home and guide you every step of the way. Hopefully I can finish my six pack quest sooner and it will change my life forever.
